Group Sound Bath

These in-person sound healing sessions combine the power of collective energy with deeply restorative sound practices. Each session is thoughtfully curated—New Moon and Full Moon sound baths for intention-setting and release, along with mandala art/ sacred geometry and sound workshops where creativity becomes a form of moving meditation. Together, these practices support relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system balance.
