The Full Story
I’m Rohini Oberoi—an artist, yoga teacher, and sound healing practitioner. My work is grounded in the belief that healing begins with presence—and that through art, breath, and sound, we reconnect with something deeper within ourselves.
Though I studied Interior Architecture and have always been artistically inclined, it was only after an unexplained illness that I truly found my path. In 2011, I moved back to India, searching for something that modern medicine couldn’t offer. I returned to yoga with my mother and soon found myself at the Sivananda Ashram. What started as a yoga vacation turned into six years of immersive study, karma yoga, and teaching—including opening my own Sivananda yoga studio in Kochi.
As my yoga practice deepened, so did my healing—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. That journey naturally opened into mandala and yantra art. Drawing became meditation. Sacred geometry helped me express what I was feeling in stillness.
Sound healing entered my life through mantra, satsangs, and the subtle energies of vibration. Today, I use Tibetan singing bowls, rainsticks, and elemental sounds in both private and group sessions.
Now, I offer what helped me heal: mandala art for sacred spaces, art and meditation workshops, and sound healing experiences that invite calm, clarity, and connection.
This is my way of holding space—for your breath, your healing, and your return to wholeness.
